Since early 2015, Deckers has been reorganizing its management. In January, David Lafitte was appointed chief operating officer.

In March, Dave Powers was promoted to president of the American footwear group. A few weeks later, the company appointed Wendy Yang as the new president of the Teva brand, and now it is seeing the departure of a major company figure.

Connie (Constance) Rishwain, who has served as president of Ugg Australia since December 2002, has announced her resignation. In a statement, the group said she wants to focus on her family and other interests.

Rishwain has spent over 20 years at the US company and, under her leadership, the brand surpassed the 1.5 billion dollar mark in revenues. Last year, in January, she was named president of fashion and lifestyle brands. For now, the group hasn’t said who will take over her duties and whether a replacement would be named.
