American Apparel sees more changes at its headquarters with the most recent being the resignation of David Danziger, an auditor who sat on the retailer’s board since 2011. Danziger has been replaced by the company’s current CEO, Paula Schneider.

This resignation follows the company’s agreement made last week with shareholder Jeffrey Kolb to withdraw two candidates he had intended to nominate to the company’s board. The company agreed to form an advisory committee that will provide insight, guidance, and strategy for the chief executive, and also to find a new independent director to fill a vacancy before its 2016 annual meeting.

Also last week, the company announced Brian McHale as its Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, and was granted a restraining order from its former CEO, Dov Charney. The order prevents Charney from attempting to remove any of the company’s board members and keeps him from making any statements that disparage the company or its current, former or future employees.
