Announced on December 12, both executives will begin with the fashion media company in January, 2020.
In his role, Goss will oversee the company’s global financial operations and global business development and partnerships, as well as corporate strategy and legal and content rights management.
Prior to joining Condé, Goss most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sotheby’s. Previously, he served in various senior managerial roles with Bain Capital, including chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
During Goss' tenure, Bain Capital grew from $10 billion to $70 billion in assets under management, and its number of global offices more than doubled. In her role, Findlay will manage all consumer marketing efforts for the company and will focus on developing a global, data-driven digital strategy that will drive direct-to-consumer revenue. In addition, she will be responsible for increasing subscription and membership program revenue and identifying new direct-to-consumer revenue opportunities. Findlay’s team will further manage brand development for global titles, and oversee consumer research and insights and audience development.
Findlay comes to the role from Stitch Fix, where she served as chief marketing officer. The appointments mark the latest change to the publishing conglomerate’s global team, since Roger Lynch was named as Condé Nast’s first global CEO in April. Under Lynch, Condé Nast icon Anna Wintour was given yet another role at the company, overseeing Vogue International and advising executives on global content opportunities in August.
