Coast to offer free returns at drop off points

Womenswear retailer Coast has partnered with parcel service Doddle to offer customers free returns at more than 50 drop off points nationwide.

Coast customers can now benefit from Doddle’s growing network of stores in train stations, universities and shopping centres around the UK, which are open early until late and many open seven days a week. 

Emma Bonar, Head of Digital at Coast, said: “We want our customers’ online shopping experience to be as easy and hassle-free as possible. Working with a partner like Doddle allows us to do that.”

The parcel service will offer customers refunds within three business days, a much faster option than the usual 18 working days.

Doddle also works with Asos, Warehouse, New Look and Oasis, among others.
