Cherokee Global Brands announces the extension of its license agreement in Japan

Cherokee Global Brands announced on Tuesday that it has extended its license agreement in Japan with Nishimatsuya Chain Co for its Cherokee brand. The extension covers clothing, footwear, accessories and home goods in an array of lifestyle categories for babies and children.

Cherokee Brands manages a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands including Cherokee, Carole Little, Tony Hawk Signature Apparel and Hawk Brands, Liz Lange and Sideout, and has license agreements with over 7,000 retail doors including Target and Kohl’s in the US, Sears in Canada, the TJX Companies in the US, Canada, and Europe, Argos & Sports Direct in the UK and Ireland, RT-Mart in China, Falabella in Chile, Peru and Colombia among others.

Nishimatsuya is a specialty retail chain that sells children’s and baby products in over 874 locations in Japan.
 
The agreement will now extend through January 31st, 2020.
