CEW names recipients of 2016 Achiever Awards

CEW is a not-for-profit beauty organisation that aims to bring the beauty industry together and has over 1,000 UK members. It has just announced the individuals who will be honoured at this year's CEW Achiever Awards.

The awards, which are now on their 15th year, recognize exceptional individuals within the beauty industry and will be held at the Jumeirah Carlton Hotel in London on November 1.

This year's winners include 2016 Lifetime Achiever Terry de Gunzburg, of makeup brand By Terry. The 2016 Special Industry Award goes to Ian Marshall and Gail Bojarski of Benefit Cosmetics UK.

Sarah Chapman – Sarah Chapman London
Ruth Crilly – A Model Recommends
Annie Murphy – Boots UK
Alison Young – QVC UK

CEW says: "All our Achiever Award recipients have helped to shape and influence the beauty industry in different ways." The organisation also holds an annual Beauty Award in the spring. This year's winner of that included makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury and Liz Earle Beauty Co.
