Centre:MK signs Oliver Bonas

Oliver Bonas is to open a 1,400-square-foot store on Sunset Walk at Centre:MK in time for Christmas as part of its continued suburban expansion plans.

The independent British lifestyle brand will showcase its range of homeware, gifts and fashion collections in a store designed in-house by an Oliver Bonas team. Bespoke features made by UK-based fabricators will emphasise the brand’s focus on unique design.

A spokesperson for Oliver Bonas, said: “‘We love Milton Keynes and are thrilled to bring our curated fashion and homeware collections to Centre:MK, the leading retail and leisure destination in the region. New designs will land in our store each week.”

The shopping centre, which is also home to clothing brands such as Cath Kidston, Hobbs and Jigsaw, said the Oliver Bonas signing embraces the shift in consumer behaviour. A report, recently commissioned by Centre:Mk and carried out by The Future Laboratory, identified a series of key consumer trends that will have a significant impact on the future of retail destinations.
