With just a week to go before its grand opening, The Lexicon Bracknell has secured four additional brands, including Cath Kidston and Moss Bros, Vision Express and Greggs.

The Lexicon will open its doors to the public on 7 September

These are the latest brands to sign up for the new £240m shopping destination, which has already confirmed M&S, H&M, Clarks, Fat Face and Dorothy Perkins as tenants. The retail scheme is now 93% pre-let or agreed.

Cath Kidston has taken a 1,745 sq ft unit, while leading suit specialist Moss Bros will open a 2,225 sq ft store on Braccan Walk. Vision Express and Greggs will occupy 1,745 sq ft and 2,225 sq ft respectively.

Simon Russian, development manager for Legal & General on behalf of Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, says: “The excitement is really building in the countdown to opening and with just a week to go, we are delighted to be able to announce so many of the UK’s leading retailers for the new town centre. And there are still more signings to come.”

The shopping centre is due to launch on 7 September, creating one million sq ft of retail together with the adjacent, existing Princess Square shopping centre.

Other brands with stores at The Lexicon include Topshop, Tiger, Superdry and Footlocker, while Fenwick will open a 80,000 sq ft store at the site – the first full line location it will have opened in 11 years.
