Camper creative director exits
Romain Kremer, creative director of Spanish footwear brand Camper, is leaving the company. The last campaign and collection produced under the leadership of the French designer will be for next autumn/winter.

Kremer joined Camper in 2009 and was named creative director in 2014 after several seasons working with the company as a consultant. Five years later, and with the repositioning of the firm behind him, he is now on his way out.
"Romain has contributed significantly to the repositioning of the brand with its bold and progressive approach to design, establishing connections with a new audience while maintaining the original values of the company," said Miguel Fluxà, CEO of Camper, in a press release.

"Innovation has been at the center of everything that Romain has done for Camper, which is reflected in its contemporary product designs, in the highly curated campaigns and in the CamperLab concept," the company's top executive added. "A new chapter begins now, and I'm sure that the work done has paved the way to a successful future."
Kremer, who was Camper’s first creative director, thanked Fluxà for having had the confidence to implement his brand vision. "I leave knowing that the firm has all the necessary elements to continue its evolution," concluded Kremer.
