St David’s has announced that the first standalone Calvin Klein Underwear store to open in Wales will launch at the shopping centre this autumn.

The 715 square foot store will be located on the Lower Grand Arcade, stocking the American brand’s famous ranges of underwear and swimwear for both men and women.

The interior design of the store will feature a clean look and feel, utilising modern metal display areas in conjunction with key campaign imagery.

The opening of Calvin Klein Underwear follows Bravissimo’s arrival at the Cardiff shopping centre in June. Additionally, popular burger brand, Byron, will also be making its Welsh debut at the centre with a 5,150 square foot restaurant in 2018.

Speaking on behalf of the St David’s Partnership, Colin Flinn, regional managing director - west, said: “Calvin Klein Underwear is the latest in a series of international brands to choose St David’s for a regional debut. This latest signing marks the scheme’s continued success in attracting leading brands.”

St David’s in Cardiff is one of the UK’s premier retail and leisure destinations, anchored by John Lewis’ largest branch outside London, Debenhams and Marks & Spencer.

The centre is also home to 200 other shops and restaurants, including fast-fashion retailers such as H&M, Primark, New Look and River Island, and premium brands including Hugo Boss, Radley, Vivienne Westwood and Jo Malone.
