British Land announces new lettings for Meadowhall

The British Land-owned Meadowhall shopping centre in Yorkshire, which was opened in 1990, has 11 new lettings and is undergoing a £50m refurbishment.

The new lettings measure a total of almost 28,000 sqft. and are a mix of fashion, jewellery, restaurants and beauty. The brands who will move into the center include: Jack Wills, Diesel, Michael Kors, Kiko Milano, Joules, Lush, L'Occitane, Build-a-Bear, Goldsmiths, and Rolex.

Richard Crowther, Asset Manager, British Land said: “This impressive list of new lettings is further evidence of how investing in our assets yields results, and is testament to our strong relationships with retailers. The success of the Park Lane refurbishment gives us confidence that the centre wide works will further position Meadowhall as a leading shopping destination and will ensure we meet the evolving needs of our occupiers and shoppers.”

Meadowhall is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The £50m refurbishment began in September and will be finished by the end of 2017.
