Bracknell town centre’s regeneration project The Lexicon Bracknell has signed a trio of retailers ahead of the official opening in September. Pandora, New Look and Milano will be taking units in the £240m scheme, which is now 70% pre-let.

Pandora’s store on The Avenue will extend over 1,389 sq ft and showcase the Danish brand’s range of gold, silver and diamond jewellery.

This signing further strengthens The Avenue’s positioning as the home of high-end brands. The pedestrianised thoroughfare will link The Lexicon's two anchor stores:  the first new build, full line Fenwick store for 14 years, and a two storey Marks & Spencer. Pandora will sit alongside labels such as Beaverbrooks and Fat Face.

High street brand New Look will be taking an 11,750 sq ft store to showcase its women’s and men’s clothing range, while Kiko Milano will open a new 990 sq ft shop. Both retailers will be located on Braccan Walk where they will join high street favourites such as River Island, Topshop and Primark.

Once open, the new Lexicon Bracknell, with one million sq ft of retail, restaurant and leisure space, will provide a new social and cultural heart for Berkshire. The catchment population is set to rise to a million by 2024, with above national average household income and expenditure, making the area an attractive location for aspirational brands.

The Lexicon is being developed by The Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, a joint venture between Legal & General Capital and Schroder UK Real Estate Fund, working in partnership with Bracknell Forest Council.
