Boohoo and Brain Coach join forces for Mental Health Awareness week

Published
May 10, 2022

Boohoo is continuing its mission to empower young men and women. So the global fashion has launched a new campaign for Mental Health Awareness Week in collaboration with neuropsychologist The Brain Coach.

Boohoo Group

It’s introduced The Body Cleanse campaign comprising a seven-step plan that “creates practical, habit-forming steps to encourage the public to speak more kindly to their bodies”.

And that’s a subject Boohoo knows about as its recent poll revealed 70% of its customers dislike their bodies and Boohoo said the campaign “hopes to increase confidence and love for everyone’s uniqueness”.

The plan has been certified and created in conjunction with The Brain Coach, offering a step-by-step guide alongside a seven-day interactive PDF plan for customers to fill out and keep.

Alongside the seven-day plan, Boohoo has appointed a selection of influencers to undertake the challenge, “in hopes of encouraging their audiences to get involved and change their body perception this Mental Health Awareness Week”.

The plan can be followed on both the e-tailer’s Instagram and website, and The Brain Coach’s social platforms.
