Blaiz Boutique and Eight Hour Studio pop-up on the King's Road

Latin American fashion retailer Blaiz Boutique and luxury handmade sleepwear brand Eight Hour Studio are opening stores on London’s King’s Road this month.

Eight Hour Studio is set to open its lifestyle concept store ‘A Luxe Store’, created in collaboration with fellow independent London brand Ille de Cocos, at pop-up space The Concept Store at 227 King's Road. Showcasing its collection of luxury and contemporary sleepwear, loungewear and beachwear – all designed using high quality cotton sourced from fair-trade suppliers, the pop-up shop will run until 15 March.

Blaiz will be opening its fashion boutique from 29 March until July 2017 at 340 King's Road. The 2,485 sq ft boutique will offer a unique range of South American inspired fashion, swimwear, accessories and jewellery, focusing on its South American roots with a rainforest-inspired interior.

The brands will join an eclectic mix of trendy boutiques, unique labels, designer shops and high street favourites on the West London shopping street and have been described as “an ideal match for King's Road shoppers” by Sloane Stanley’s commercial property manager Hannah Grievson.

“Blaiz already boasts a loyal fashion following from their online store, showroom and previous London pop-ups, and will further add to the international feel of the area,” she said.

"Eight Hour Studio embraces excellent craftsmanship and unique pieces, making it an exciting addition to the King's Road's premium retail mix.  The arrival of both brands demonstrate the estate's commitment to supporting niche retailers who offer something a little bit special, and we look forward to hosting these exciting designers and entrepreneurs within our distinct and vibrant destination," added Grievson.

Sloane Stanley's The Concept Store is a permanent and dedicated space for pop-ups on the King's Road, and has hosted a number of innovative retailers including Scandinavian childrenswear brand Four Fairies and a Prince and womenswear label Fofolles World.
