Benetton: changes in the communications department

Benetton is reorganising its communications department following the departure of Luca Biondolillo. The clothing group's Head of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs is leaving to join Italian cruise company Msc Crociere where, as of 2 March, he will be Chief Communications Officer.

Luca Biondolillo (48 years old) joined Benetton in 2011. Before joining the Venetian group he worked at Luxottica for seven years, holding various managerial positions, all in the communications division. Prior to that he worked for several New York-based communications-focused companies.

The sectors he was in charge of will be taken over by current Benetton Group Global Communications Director Gianluca Pastore.
