CEW UK, the not-for-profit beauty industry organisation, has announced four key board appointments, bringing more industry experts under its wing.

CEW’s board includes senior executives from leading beauty brands and beauty divisions including The Estée Lauder Companies, Shiseido, Chanel, Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Coty and M&S.

Abi Wright, managing director and co-founder at Spabreaks.com and Hanna Coonagh, managing director at Fleet Laboratories and DDD Limited Board Director, have been appointed new board members.

Additionally, two existing board members have been promoted to the group’s executive board. They are Sarah Brown, founder of Pai Skincare and Julietta Dexter, founder and CEO of The Communications Store.

Brown is chairman of the young executive board, while Dexter has been described as “instrumental” in CEW’s mission to acknowledge the importance of the beauty industry for the British economy.

CEW UK brings together more than 1,000 representatives, thought leaders and influencers from the beauty industry and related fields. Its members have access to networking sessions and other member-only events, and the opportunity to gain extra visibility through the CEW Beauty Awards.
