Barbour releases new Women's Heritage Collection

Barbour, the British heritage fashion brand, is relaunching its Women’s Heritage Collection. The collection is called Timeless Originals and was designed by Barbour's menswear team.

This is because Barbour's women's collection originally originated from women wearing the brand's unisex pieces. "Timeless Originals is a collection that takes some of our most iconic pieces and updates them for the modern woman with contemporary detailing. Expect some of our most classic styles in A-Line silhouettes, with modern essentials such as knitwear and trousers to complete a very minimalist, timeless look," said Ian Bergin, Director of Menswear and Accessories.

Timeless Originals is split into two collections inspired by the British weather, called Raindrop and Snowdrop. Raindrop includes re-imagined versions of Barbour's classic wax jackets Bedale and Border, which have been given an updated A-line fit.

For winter, there's a Snow Bedale with a detachable faux fur collar, as part of the Snowdrop collection.
