Argos launches Christmas hair & beauty campaign with influencer
Argos is showcasing its range of hair styling tools in a new online campaign unveiled this week.
The retail company has partnered with TV personality Lucy Mecklenburgh, known for her appearances in ITV2 reality series The Only Way Is Essex, and celebrity hairstylist Dominic Seeley to show how to get this season’s hottest hair and beauty styles.
Mecklenburgh’s hair is styled using the latest Remington tools to achieve trendsetting Christmas party hairstyles, from jeweled flat iron waves to a low-bun look encrusted with gems.
Max Factor beauty products are used to accentuate her features, and highlight the fact that over 1,000 makeup and skincare lines are now available for Fast Track delivery.
The campaign has been released in the form of YouTube tutorials, taking advantage of a format that is wildly popular on the platform. In fact, tutorials are some of the most watched videos on YouTube as they provide value to subscribers and global audiences.
The focus is on how easy it is to replicate these Christmas and NYE looks at home.
