Contemporary jewellery store Argento has launched a new space at Intu Trafford Centre in Manchester, with a line-up of fashion-led jewellery and watches from top brands including Olivia Burton, Cluse and Thomas Sabo.

The flagship store opening involved a £350,000 investment, and marks the retailer’s 20th anniversary. It features a new design concept, based on a dark grey and yellow colour scheme, and with pops of neon lighting to create an exciting shopping environment.

The brand has 55 stores across the UK and Ireland, and sells over 5,000 branded and own-branded products online. It was launched in 1997 with a first shop in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Founder and chief executive of Argento, Pete Boyle, said: “Argento continues to see record success due to our commitment to providing customers with quality, beauty and variety. Opening an all-new flagship store at the Trafford Centre is an undoubtedly exciting and strategic move for us, and we are looking forward to bringing the Argento concept and products to the millions of customers who visit the centre every year.”

The new store is located on the first floor of the centre, which has an annual footfall of 31 million customers.
