For its 2011-2012 fiscal year ended in late August, the Arcadia Group announced a record 22% growth in e-commerce sales compared to the previous year. On the web, its international sales jumped 30%. The group launched sites in Germany, France and the United States in 2011.

The group also owns the Burton menswear label (in Great Britain), the BHS brand for the home and womens’ brands Evans, Dorothy Perkins and Wallis, plus the Outfit store, a multi-brand retail concept for its own brands.

For this most recent fiscal year, the company's sales showed no increase and totaled around 2.68 billion pounds (3.32 billion euros), with comparable sales for the year down more than 3%. Internationally, the drop was less than 1%. However, its pretax profit rose from 133 million to nearly 167 million pounds. Store openings numbered fifteen for the year, and the group said its units in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia performed well as did those in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Vancouver, Canada. The company just opened its first store in Johannesburg, South Africa and also confirmed the opening of its fourth Topshop/Topman shop in the United States for February 2013, located in Los Angeles.
