'47 extends Liverpool FC relationship

'47, an American privately held premium sports lifestyle brand, has signed an exclusive, five-year, global deal with Liverpool Football Club.

The deal extends '47's relationship with the club and will see it create co-branded headwear, scarves, and gloves for Liverpool FC. '47 has a diverse roster of licensed sports apparel in the US, which includes the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and more than 900 colleges across North America.

"Partnering with Liverpool FC gives us a unique opportunity to introduce football fans in the U.K. to our premium sports apparel," said '47's co-owner Steven D'Angelo. "Expanding our global football presence is a natural next step for the brand, which has traditionally focused on U.S. sports leagues until now."

The new collection launched in July and retails from £12 to £30.

"We are pleased to be extending our relationship with '47 and introducing their product to LFC fans the world over," said Billy Hogan, Liverpool FC's Chief Commercial Officer. "'47 is considered the market leader in headwear and apparel, and we know the brand very well from our successful working relationship in Boston," added Hogan.
