YMC opens pop up at Kinfolk in Brooklyn

London-based contemporary brand YMC this month opened its first pop up in New York City at Kinfolk in Brooklyn.

 
The pop up installation houses the latest YMC men’s and women’s collections, and marks as the first time Kinfolk created a dedicated a space for the London-based brand. YMC, which stands for You Must Create, has been available at Kinfolk for a year and is offering its women's collection at the retailer for the first time.
 
Founded in London in 1995 by Fraser Moss and Jimmy Collins, YMC offers modern, functional clothing based on the “You must create your own style” philosophy inspired by industrial designer Raymond Loewy. YMC currently operates two stores in London on Hanbury Street and Poland Street and one store in Seoul, Korea.

The YMC pop up at Kinfolk will remain through October 5, 2016.
