With Rs 500 crore in wishlist kitty Myntra looks to cash in on EORS

India’s leading fashion platform Myntra’s ‘End Of Reason Sale’ (EORS) scheduled to start on Friday is likely to rake in the moolah for the etailer as customers have already wish listed 6.2 million products worth Rs 500 crore after the company revealed all prices of the sale event, the company said in a statement.

Tipped to be India’s biggest fashion sale, the EORS is living up to expectations as customers have already begun adding products to their carts with women's western wear dominating the wish list at 22%.

 Flipkart owned Myntra gave the customers an exclusive sneak peak into the prices a day ahead of the the 6th edition of its flagship, ‘End Of Reason Sale’ allowing them to create their shopping list to avoid site traffic on sale days.

Ananth Narayanan, CEO, Myntra - Jabong, said, “Our concept of preview and price reveal has resulted in 6.2 million products worth Rs 500 crore being wishlisted.

To enhance customer engagement during the sale the fashion etailer has also launched the concept of social shopping with ‘Myntra fashion groups’, allowing customers to group shop with friends and families.
 
Myntra has put up over 1 crore products from about 1800 brands for the sale.
