Vans turns a Parisian mansion into House of Vans

Housed in unconventional, underground locations in Brooklyn, Chicago, and London, House of Vans will be setting up its concept store and event space this weekend in Paris. The idea mixes skateboarding with arts and music and the American brand has already held a similar event in Berlin.

In Paris, the Vans team has chosen the coming weekend of December 16 to 17 and a private Parisian mansion as the time and place for their next House of Vans event. A skate contest, product customisation sessions, exhibitions of paintings and art, and music concerts are planned to run over the course of the weekend. The brand has also announced live performances by Hony Zuka, Supa!, Pepper, Romeo Elvis Live, and Endrixx. 

Vans is currently doing well in the European market and the brand is putting on a range of events to make good use of their current momentum. Over the last quarter, Vans Group sales, a brand of the VF Corp business, have increased by 28 percent.
