The Train and The Box in New York changes date

Published
Jul 28, 2009

The Train, The Box
The next edition of the New York trade show The Train and The Box has been brought forward by a day; now being held from the 20th-22nd of September in the Terminal Stores. This change is a the result of a desire to create a “real synergy between the different trade shows in the USA,” explained the Fédération Française du Prêt-à-porter feminin.

After the inaugural session of The Box in February 2009, which was also held alongside The Train, this second edition in the Fall will see a new décor; black interiors for the accessories show space whereas the off-the-peg designers brought together for The Train will be displaying surrounded by white upholstery.

The Fédération du Prêt-à-porter is expecting close to a hundred brands for the event, including BGN, Eros Erotokritos, Mesdemoiselles, Cesaire and Cleo&Cat.

Finally, it seems that nothing is too good to persuade American and foreign buyers to attend. These visitors will have use of a concierge service, can get manicures and even take the opportunity for a rest in an on-site break room.
