The award-winning retailer is part of the Estée Lauder Companies, and opened its first UK location in Bath in 1994.

Its newest addition at Springfields Outlet will be spread over 1,860 square feet and stock products from its parent company’s extensive beauty brands portfolio including Estée Lauder, Clinique and MAC.

“Springfields Outlet is set within a highly attractive setting and provides visitors with an enjoyable environment which will complement our brand, values and customer experience,” said Heather Reilly Director at The Cosmetic Company Store.

The 200,000-square-foot shopping destination has recently undergone an expansion of its leisure offer, Springfields Adventure Land, a children’s playground that is due to in early summer. The leisure expansion is expected to attract more families to the centre and increase dwell times, with a mix of family-friendly attractions designed to create a memorable day out.

Springfields Outlet anticipates that the expanded leisure offer will attract more than 100,000 new visitors to the destination per year, benefiting a retail lineup that also includes Radley, Fat Face, Next, Gap and M&S.

“We are thrilled that The Cosmetic Company Store has chosen to open at Springfields Outlet,” said Ian Sanderson, director of SLR. “The retailer will boost the centre’s beauty and cosmetics offer and the brands that it will bring to Springfields Outlet represent the calibre of the aspirational brands we are increasingly attracting. It is encouraging to see retailers acknowledging the benefit that the expanded leisure facilities, combined with the strong retail offer, will deliver. The mix is key to continuing to drive footfall and will help to deliver the complete day-out package and an innovative experience for customers.”

Springfields Outlet has a catchment area of 1.24 million, which is expected to increase by a faster rate than the UK average, up 8.1% to 2025, compared to 6.5% nationally.
