Located at 33 Stonegate, York, the store features three floors of Yorkshire-made Abraham Moon wool, fashion and interior products, including men’s and women’s tweed coats, scarves, accessories, throws and cushions.

There is also a selection of complementary ranges from up-and-coming designers such as Ross Barr, Gibson & Birkbeck, Kempadoo Millar and Butterfly Tree Accessories.

Abraham Moon supplies 100% wool fabrics to well-known luxury and high street brands such as Burberry, Dolce and Gabbana, Ralph Lauren, John Lewis and Boden.

It produces its own range of apparel and homewares since 2009.

The new store is the largest retail location for the company to date, and joins an outlet shop located at the mill in Guiseley, Leeds, and a boutique at The Courtyard just outside Settle.

Abraham Moon CEO John Walsh told the Yorkshire Post that the company plans to open five additional retail stores, with Oxford and Bath as possible destinations.
