Hot off a much-hyped collaboration with Louis Vuitton, rumors are continuing to circulate that Supreme is reportedly pairing with Lacoste for an upcoming partnership.

Following WWD's report of a possible collaboration Monday, speculative images of collaborative items have been popping up on social media, despite Lacoste's previous denial to Fashion Network of a Supreme collaboration.

Supreme brand enthusiast and blogger The Supreme Saint tweeted a photo on Thursday of a possible image of the collaboration, sending the fashion rumor mill into a frenzy.

Supreme’s recent collaboration was revealed the same way – industry insiders began to hear rumors and speculative images started appearing on social media platforms, stoking conjecture.

James Jebbia, founder and creative director for Supreme, attended Lacoste's most recent runway event at New York Fashion Week, further fueling rumors of the collab.

Supreme has pushed its way into the luxury realm recently after collaborating with Louis Vuitton on the French house’s Fall/Winter 2017 collection. This collaboration saw Supremes bright red logo plastered across Louis Vuitton’s latest clothes, shoes, leather goods, and accessories.

The Louis Vuitton collaboration was not Supreme’s first time teaming up with a bigger, more mainstream label. Past collaborators include Nike Air, North Face, Timberland, and Vans. Last week, the brand unveiled a collaborative Supreme-branded Metrocard with the city of New York.
