Located at 264 Oxford Street, the 3,000 sq ft store will be adjacent to Coast and Clarks, and create a flagship destination for the footwear retailer in Central London.

Since the opening of its first store in 1962, Soletrader has grown into a multichannel business with almost 50 stores in the UK, a strong online offer and growing presence in Germany and the US.

The retailer sells a mix of contemporary designer brands like Burberry, Michael Kors and Aquascutum, and sports and skate labels such as Nike, Adidas and Vans.

Soletrader locations also stock in-house collections and accessories for men, women and children.

Sam Foyle, Oxford Street specialist at Savills said: “The store is ideally located to benefit from the high footfall generated by proximity to Oxford Circus and the proposed Hanover Square Crossrail station.”

Soletrader has also stores in Covent Garden, Kensington Highstreet, Westfield Stratford City and White, and Croydon.
