Ralph Denim and Polo Denim to replace Polo Jeans

Published
Jan 4, 2011

Polo Ralph Lauren continues to grow in the denim business. The American brand is going to transform and split its Autumn/Winter 2011-12 Polo Jeans collection into Ralph Denim & Supply for women and Polo Denim & Supply for men.

The Polo Jeans line, launched at the Bread&Butter tradeshow in 2009, was firstly distributed throughout Europe and the Middle East. Following the collection’s great success, this time Ralph Lauren decided to launch its new denim lines worldwide and in particular in the United States, its home market. So far the brand has only confirmed a change of strategies, but should soon be explaining its plans for the future in more detail. All we know is that Polo Jeans is not mentioned in the list of brands participating in Bread&Butter’s January fair.

Important buyers were invited to New York in November 22nd to have an exclusive sneak preview of Raulp Lauren’s new denim collections. Ralph Denim’s products will mainly fall in the price range of 89 to 99 euros.
