The change was made to streamline the shopping experience for buyers and give brands increased visibility especially the Tailored and Furnishings category.

UBM Fashion President of Men’s Erik Ulin said, “We believe combining the brand and retailer power of these venerated men’s shows will ultimately help us achieve UBM Fashion’s mission: to bring together great brands and retailers in superbly merchandised shows, provide superior customer service, and ultimately present end consumers with the best apparel, footwear, accessories and fashion products.”

MRket and Project first joined forces in New York City in July. The announcement came two months after UBM acquired MRket, AccessoriesTheShow, Edit, Fame, Moda and Stitch from Business Journals Incorporated for $69 million.

The partnered show also followed rival men’s market shows Capsule and Liberty Fairs show partnership that began in January 2016. All shows share a common goal of making the show experience more streamlined for buyers and easier to navigate.

Project will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas from February 21 through 23.
