Prada enlists Eddie Redmayne for latest campaign

The Italian fashion house has enlisted Oscar-winner Eddie Redmayne to front its latest men's print campaign.

Photographed by Craig McDean, The Theory of Everything star poses in the brand’s autumn/winter W16 collection, which showed during Milan Fashion Week in January.

"Redmayne is no stranger to immersing himself in historically significant characters,” said Prada in a press release. Referring to the campaign story, Prada added: “(He) assumes a number of roles: hero, villain, revolutionary.”

Prada has a history of featuring both accomplished actors and up-and-coming stars in their menswear advertising.

It has previously tapped Ethan Hawke, Ansel Elgort, Gary Oldman, Willem Dafoe, Jack O’Connell and Miles Teller.
