Beginning September 16, select Nike fans will be able to design their own custom sneakers at the brand’s new Nike Makers’ Experience. The design studio is accessible by invitation only to select Nike+ members.

Located at the Nike By You Studio on 45 Grand Street in New York’s Soho neighborhood, the footwear brand’s new design studio will offer up custom sneakers in as little as 90 minutes. Visitors will be able to create their own take on the Nike Presto X, a new silhouette created especially for the Nike Makers’ Experience. After choosing between a traditional lace-up and a slip-on version, shoppers can customize the Presto with different color and pattern options.

“The intention of the project is to bring to life the collaborative design experience that we offer our athletes,” Mark Smith, VP of Innovation and Special Projects, said in a statement. “They love products that tell their story, so we wanted to combine that idea with a new process of live design and manufacturing that allows our guests to come into the space, work collaboratively with us and leave with a special product in less than 90 minutes.”

Visits to the studio are limited and available by invitation only. Users can obtain an invite by downloading and engaging with the Nike+ app.

In addition to its new Nike Makers’ Experience, the shoe brand has also recently collaborated with rapper Kendrick Lamar and Off-White designer Virgil Abloh.
