NewRiver appoints former New Look CFO

NewRiver Retail, the property investor and shopping centre owner, has appointed Alastair Miller FCA Non-Executive Director.

Miller was previously the CFO of British womenswear retailer New Look, where he has worked since 2000.

NewRiver also announced that after five years as a Non-Executive Director, Andrew Walker has resigned from the Board to concentrate on his other business interests. Nick Sewell has decided to step down from the Board as an Executive Director and will now focus on NewRiver's growing acquisition and investment strategy.
