British retailer New Look is upping its e-commerce game with a new initiative that gives online customers full control of their deliveries.

In partnership with parcel delivery company DPD, New Look is introducing the ‘Precise’ service, which allows shoppers choose a delivery day up to seven days in advance and select a one-hour slot.

The Precise service will be available for next day delivery, marking the first time a retailer can offer this convenient option on a next day service.

Danny Barrasso, New Look’s Managing Director for the UK & ROI says, “New Look is constantly looking at ways to improve our customer’s online journey. By working with DPD and launching Precise our customers can now select their own 1 hour timeslot for next day delivery – making it seamless, efficient and flexible – this really is the ultimate convenience in online shopping”.

The delivery option will cost £5.99 or free over £75 purchases and be available seven days a week including Sunday. Precise deliveries can be arranged for anytime between 11am and 5pm.

“I think Precise gives New Look something that their customers will really value in terms of the overall delivery experience,” says DPD CEO Dwain McDonald. “We’re proud and pleased to be working in conjunction with such a great retailer on making parcel delivery as ‘personal’ as possible by using the best technology available to put customers in complete control of their deliveries.”

DPD has also partnered with Asos on this delivery service.
