Founder of the online British site Koodos.com, Miriam Lahage has notably worked as a consultant for TJX Companies and Net-a-Porter.co. It was in the summer of 2008 that she joined eBay to manage the fashion division, which she left in February 2012. More recently, she sat on the board of German department store Peek & Cloppenburg, where she was also interim marketing manager.

Launched in 2009, Navabi offers more than 130 womenswear plus-sized collections. The portal also offers two of its own brands, Isolde Roth and Manon Baptiste, and has just extended its sales to wedding dresses. The company posts revenue of more than 30 million euros ($32m/£23).
