The Richemont group has filled all the top slots across each of its brands, following the top-management overhaul announced in early November. The Swiss luxury group has this week appointed Nicolas Baretzki as CEO of its Montblanc brand.

Baretzki has been working for the German luxury brand since 2013, as executive vice president of sales, and will take over from Jérôme Lambert starting from April 2017.

Lambert has been in charge of Montblanc since 2013, having formerly managed Jaeger-LeCoultre, another watch-maker belonging to the Richemont group.

A few days ago, the Swiss luxury giant announced that Lambert will take over as the group's head of operations, responsible for central and regional services and for all of the group's brands other than those in jewellery and watch-making.

Nicolas Baretzki is a graduate of the HEC business school in Paris, and has spent his entire career at Richemont, starting at jeweller Cartier, where he worked in several managerial positions over the course of eight years.

In 2002 he moved to Jaeger-LeCoultre, where he served as international sales director for 12 years, before joining Lambert at Montblanc.
