LK Bennett confirms departure of group commercial director

Premium fashion brand LK Bennett said its group commercial director Tracy Stone has left the business after almost two years. There is no news on her next move.

She joined the clothing and shoe specialist in February 2015 from Gant International, where she served as interim COO at the company’s headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden for just over a year.

She held several positions at Gant, including UK managing director and global sales director. Stone also headed House of Fraser’s beauty operations from May 2004 until October 2006 and worked as sales and retail director at beauty retailer SpaceNK.

At LK Bennett, Stone was responsible for leading the UK and European teams and building a group commercial vision and strategy.

LK Bennett has its roots in premium-to-affordable-luxury-priced footwear but has since expanded into clothing and accessories collections.

Founded in London in 1990, the brand was acquired by private equity groups Phoenix Equity Partners and Sirius Equity in 2008. It operates from around 150 stores, including concessions.
