The company of fashion designer L'Wren Scott, whose suicide shocked the fashion world last year, is set to get struck of the register at the UK's Companies House.
John Hoffman, the company director who was appointed to the role on May 12, almost two months after Scott's death, filed the application for L.S. Fashion Unlimited to be struck off on June 18.
Companies House, which is run by the UK government and whose role is to incorporate and dissolve limited companies, states that when a company applies to be dissolved, "the Registrar will strike the company off the register unless there is reasonable cause not to do so."
Scott launched her label in 2006.
