Based in Israël in Tel Aviv, the company will continue to be run by Sagiv Lustig and will be part of L'Oréal's "Research and Innovation" international network.

This year, L’Oréal notably acquired Brazilian hair care products specialist Niely Cosmeticos, thus reinforcing its positioning in the South American market, and also American make-up brand Nyx Cosmetics.
