Henry was appointed CEO of heritage fashion brand Jaeger in 2013, after previously working at Esprit where he was Chief Product Officer. The Glasgow Caledonian University award recognises his "outstanding contribution to the fashion industry." Henry attended Glasgow University, but dropped out in his second year when he started working at Marks & Spencer.

He said: "There are certain fundamentals that I have learned. Creativity and innovation will be the lifeblood of our industry, entrepreneurship will continue to offer unprecedented scope for success, and don't be afraid to make mistakes and take risks. To succeed, my advice is to ask 'why?' The quest for knowledge is paramount."
