Doyle is taking over from Phil Mickler, who joined Jack Wills as CFO in January 2016 and is leaving the company to pursue other career opportunities. As chief financial officer of British hair products firm ghd, Doyle has been a vital force in the company’s turnaround, driving an overhaul of its finance, IT and logistics functions and leading the £420 million sale to Coty.

Prior to ghd, Mike was CFO of luxury confectionary company Hotel Chocolat Limited from August 2011 to December 2013. In previous years, Mike has worked at Marks & Spencer as Head of Finance (Foods & Plan A) and as Head of Finance at Premier Foods.

Alongside this, Mark Wright is taking up additional responsibilities as new multi-channel director. This is a new role, combining for the first time the roles heading up e-commerce and retail stores.

Mark has been Managing Director for ecommerce since joining Jack Wills in August 2015 from Marks & Spencer where he had been Head of UK Trading for M&S.com.

As part of the reshuffle, Alan Johnson, current Jack Wills global retail director, is leaving the company.
