Harrods, the iconic British department store, has gathered the season's essential interior trends under a new umbrella: The London Edit.

The London Edit-interiors consist of four distinctive styles named after well-known London areas: the Shoreditch Loft; the Chelsea Townhouse; the Notting Hill Villa; and the Hampstead House. They are displayed in the shop's windows facing Brompton Road in Knightsbridge, and showcased on Harrods' Second and Third floors.

“Two years on from the relaunch of Harrods Home, we are so thrilled to be able to highlight the breadth of the interiors offering across the Second and Third Floors with these four trend-led edits, which not only feature beautiful furniture and home accessories from the most classic and contemporary design houses, but also exclusive launches from brands such as Kelly Wearstler and Anglepoise, as well as Matthew Williamson’s vibrant, fashion-led collaboration with Duresta,” says Annalise Fard, Director of Home at Harrods.

Williamson has never created furniture before and said of his new collaboration: “Duresta is a brilliant brand based in the UK that makes all its furniture by hand. I'm drawn to brands that value craftsmanship and quality, and Duresta certainly does that. Making my first line of furniture with them has been a passion project; it's been a real journey to see the pieces come to life over the past year and I'm thrilled with the results as they really reflect my brand's DNA. The difficult thing for me now is to edit down which pieces I want to have in my own home!”
