Gindi Tel Aviv Fashion Week to launch on Sunday

Established and emerging designers of the Israeli fashion scene are presenting their new Fall 2015/16 collections on Tel Aviv’s Fashion Week, set to take place from October 18-21. 30 Israeli designers such as Gideon Oberson, Dodo Bar Or, Dorin Frankfurt, Tovale+ and Yaron Minkowski will be featured in this new edition.

Gindi Tel Aviv Fashion Week is also paying tribute to Israel’s Shenkar College’s Fashion Design Department, which received unprecedented international recognition this year after it was ranked the fifth most influential fashion school in the world by the media company The Business of Fashion.

This October the event is hosting a higher number of young designers, as it aims to emphasize the importance of supporting upcoming talents, and provide them with an opportunity to present their brands to the fashion industry. Upcoming and emerging designers include Common Raven, Hannah, Mews, Clothe – Eva Al Keneresh and Liron Itzhakov.

Fashion editors from leading fashion and lifestyle magazines, as well as relevant press, cultural and political representatives, will attend the event at Gindi TLV Fashion Mall.
