Gap has launched a collaboration with Landlord, a New York City label founded just two years ago.

A full look from the Landlord x Gap collaboration - Gap

The collaboration will see 90’s inspired pieces including khakis, hoodies, and t-shirts. Graphic t-shirts will be co-branded with both Gap and Landlord’s logos.

Landlord, a small, New York City-based menswear label, is run by 30-year-old creative director Ryohei Kawanishi. Kawanishi graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2011 then went on to study at Parsons in 2013 after receiving a sponsorship by Uniqlo. The brand has quickly gained celebrity attention since its 2015 inception, with pieces being worn by The Weeknd and A$AP Rocky.

The collaboration will be available exclusively at Gap’s “I am Gap” pop-up shop in London’s Covent Garden. The “I am Gap” pop-up was opened to celebrate the brand’s forty years on the High Street. The pop-up will be one of three locations in the United Kingdom to stock the new 90’s Archive Reissue collection.
