Football star Zlatan Ibrahimović foraying into perfume

Following in the footsteps of fellow football player David Beckham, Zlatan Ibrahimović will be developing his own line of scents. Thus, after the announcement in December of a collaboration with ready-to-wear Norwegian chain Dressmann for a sports line in his name, the Paris Saint Germain star striker has announced that he will be introducing an eponymous fragrance label.

Little information has been revealed as of yet but the "Zlatan Ibrahimović Parfums" label, the result of a collaboration with "major players in the world of perfumes", according to the statement in the press release, will be available in Paris, and also the star's native Sweden.

On social media, Zlatan Ibrahimović has said that he has been working on this project for two years. The only tidbit of information for fans to savour until more comes out, the logo for the perfumes, an Amerindian feather and a Koi fish, are taken from two of the tatoos engraved on the player's back.
