The athleisure trend is showing no sign of slowing down – a new activewear-focused trade show will be debuting in New York City later this month. The Active Collective Trade Show will also boast a west-coast activewear trade show at Huntington Beach later this year.

The Active Collective trade show initially started as a subsection of California’s swimwear trade show, but quickly gained speed, showing as its own event for the first time in June of 2016. The show is still produced by The Swim Collective Trade Shows.

The inaugural edition of the activewear trade show took place in California, hosting over 100 brands and vendors. This year’s New York edition will host 500 collections from 80 brands, including Bench., Betsey Johnson Performance, Champion, C&C Sport, Desigual, FILA, Le Sportsac, Oakley, Reebok, Seafolly Australia, Spiritual Gangster, and Under Armour.

For the time being the show will only feature women’s athletic and athleisure collections, with the possibility of branching out to menswear in the future.

Active Collective West will take place at the Hyatt Regency at Huntington Beach, and will run from July 13th to July 17th, 2017. The Active Collective East will take over the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York from January 26th to January 27th, 2017.
