Figleaves expands delivery options with Yodel

Figleaves is launching extended order deadlines, allowing online customers to order later in the evening and still receive their purchases next day, following a new agreement between the lingerie and swimwear brand and parcel carrier Yodel.

The announcement comes as Figleaves appoints Yodel as its sole delivery partner in the UK. The partnership builds on an existing collaboration between the lingerie brand and Yodel’s CollectPlus, which offers more than 7,000 click-and-collect locations across the country.

In addition to extended order times, the partnership will allow Figleaves to offer pre-midday delivery, giving shoppers the option to receive their items in the morning.

And the overall customer experience will be boosted with new online tracking, Figleaves-branded email updates, SMS messages and push notifications.

Figleaves is an online lingerie and swimwear retailer stocking more than 200 brands. It was acquired by retail group N Brown in 2010 for £11.5m.
