European Federation of Retail Perfumers (FEPD) names William G. Koeberlé president

William G. Koeberlé, the current president of the French Federation of Selective Perfumery (FFPS), who was reelected to the position on March 12, has additionally been appointed to a two-year term as president of the European Federation of Retail Perfumers (FEPD). He succeeds Robert Leygues and will hold both positions simultaneously.

The FEPD represents 21 countries from the European Union in retail perfume and cosmetics, and represents the interests of the national federations at the European level.  

"In a market shaken by the rise of digital technologies and very low growth, two priorities will be at the heart of my actions: modernizing selective retail contracts and deepening our training system. With mobile clients and brands that operate internationally, this double presidency should allow us to better enhance our positions from one country to another," said Koeberlé.
