Coty's luxury division is led by Edgar Huber and was created last November to see to the incorporation of 41 cosmetics brands from Procter & Gamble, which will take place in the second half of 2016.

In addition to the Coty Luxury division, focused on fragrance and skincare, Coty's new structure will also feature the Coty Consumer Beauty division, for make-up, haircare and bodycare products, and Coty Professional Beauty, for hairdressing salons and nail spas.

In parallel, Coty will launch a new department labelled 'Growth and Digital', which will work with each of the three divisions to improve their capabilities in terms of innovation, sales and marketing, both traditional and digital.

Simona Cattaneo joined Burberry in November 2012, when the British fashion label re-internalised its beauty business operations, ending the licence agreement with Interparfums. She was thus involved in the launch of fragrances such as My Burberry and more recently Mr Burberry, and also in the development of the Burberry Beauty Box store concept.

Prior to Burberry, Simona Cattaneo worked at Christian Dior Parfums and L’Oréal.
